Now for what i wanted to say on wed but which i couldn't.

The past few months which I shared with each and every one of you guys have been something that I will never forget and something which shall remain embedded deep within my memory forever. You guys weren't just team mates to me, you guys were family. I really hate to leave you guys but I hope that you all would understand and at this point of time I really want to apologise.

For the times that I shared with all of you, the tears, the laughter, through highs and lows, I thank you all. Each and every one of you are amazing individuals and I know you all share the common vision and dream that mr chua shares for the team. The vision to win, the vision to excel, the vision to allow each and every one of you guys to realise your full potential and be the best you can be. I will always be with you all in spirit, sharing that dream with you although I may not be there to share the hard training with you all. And I want to encourage you all to carry on, to press on, to strive to achieve excellence, to strive to achieve your best, to strive towards the common dream. You have all inspired me to be a better person, to work for what I really want, to be a do-er and not jus a thinker. And as I leave, I pray that you all would carry on that dream that you all share. Do your best, don't let go. If u fall down, pick yourself up. I love each and everyone of you guys and i'm sorry i couldn't say it yest.

With effect from Wed, 20 Sep 2006, morning rotations and daily pull-up sessions will stop so that everyone can focus on passing and getting good grades for the coming promos.Also,

REMEMBER the grades to pushups ratio below:
A - minus 100 pushups
B - minus 50 pushups
C - neutral grade
D - plus 50 pushups
E - plus 100 pushups
S - plus 150 pushups
U - plus 250 pushups

so yes. thats the punishment.
BUT
theres a catch.
we dont do it once but for every trg until mr chua says stops.

so for example, if we have a total of 5000 push ups.
it will be divided equally amongst everyone.

and we do the same amt for every trg.

better be.

To all my canoeists j1s this song is for you. It speaks my heart and i think we're going to have a good 12 months ahead. Don't ever give up, don't ever think you can't, and no matter how bad things may seem, stand stong, so in the end we can stand together. Together as a team, like family. If there is any unhappiness don't keep it inside, we share the good times and the bad times. I'll always be here, and i know that everyone of you has so much amazing potential to achieve great things. And there is no doubt that you will all try your best and give your everything, for yourself for the team.

To the all the seniors, i really think there is nothing much i can say beside i will really miss all of you. You have really guided me through in many ways. you helped me get my strokes right, you encouraged me when i was learning my k1, you told me to go faster when you knew that i was tired, you gave me so much laughter by all the things you did, you were there for us to talk to if we needed to, you pushed us so hard that tears came, you said we were noisy but in a teasing way, you sang with me at bedok interchange, you nearly killed me at one point with sumo house, but most of all, above everything, you made me feel at home in canoeing. It's only been 7 months, but i feel like it's been some of the most awesome 7 months. AWESOME. thank you seniors, you helped me start of my jc life with a wonderful beginning. i will never forget and i will always treasure, jonathan, alicia, weiming, sarah, grace, huiying, cheryl, clara, weekang, hui jie, jacob.

thanks for cheering yur lungs out for me ytd. i couldnt really hear but i definitely felt it in my hrt. next yr, we'll all ged into the finals. though mr chua said that it's tough, but we can make it thru. as a team. we need to help everyone. pull everyone on. this is a journey that we hav to make it thru tgt. everyone is jus as impt. the seniors' journeys hav ended. but ours, hav jus began. so comeon, lets do them proud and go the distance. claim the top four medal for both boys and girls and show it to everyone else, that TPJC canoeist are not pushovers.

from now on it's be a two weeks break. lets ged our studies in order and ged our lives in order for some of us. study tgt. it's time to ged serious for promos. and remember the punishment for not so good grades? it's a one for all. all for one thing. so lets do our best and dun let our team mates ged pumped jus because we didnt study hard enough or whatsoever alright? i believe that all of us can make it.

lets treasure the one yr left with each other and may us put aside all of our differences. i dunno abt you guys, but i love the team, i love everyone. we're all different and unique in our individual ways. but i believe, that we all hav jus one aim. that is to not let ourselves down at the end of the day, and dun let each other and our seniors and most importantly, mr chua down. the trainings ahead WILL be much tougher. but we're all in for the same thing. so lets all hang on tgt.. alright? ther's nth we cant achieve.
